This page describes the processing carried out by VEE Results. Controller details, purposes, legal bases and retention periods must match the actual operation of the service.

Data processed by the platform

Data may include account information (email address, display name, linked licence), tracking preferences, technical security logs, as well as sporting data published by official competition sources (rider identity, horse, entry, timetables and results). When you use the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message content are used only to process and reply to your request.

Access to rider and horse searches

Cross-platform rider search, aggregated performance profiles and horse search are restricted to authenticated accounts. These pages are excluded from search-engine indexing and served with headers preventing shared caching.

Your rights

From “My account”, a user can download data linked to their account and delete the account. For any request concerning sporting data published from official sources (access, rectification, objection or erasure where applicable), use the privacy contact address above.

Cookies and trackers

The sign-in session uses a technical cookie required for authentication. Any audience measurement tool, advertising service or third-party service added later must be documented here and configured in accordance with applicable tracking rules.
